Narrow down the search then reach out. Don’t just pick the ones with the biggest following.
If you don’t measure something, then it doesn’t matter to you. If there are things about your organization that you don’t know or are not taking any steps to know, then it doesn’t matter to you or to your team. If something matters, measure it.
