You're only human, you're gonna make judgments. Look at it as an observation. How can I give grace in the situation?
Be personal with someone and depersonalize the interaction. That is a true gift. You can be personal, and stay neutral.
Don't give advice. People don't want advice. They want empathy. They want understanding. They want to feel seen and heard.
